It wasn't just the mouth watering tender (so good it didn't need sauce) beef brisket, pulled pork, & smoked sausage it was also all the goodies that went with it from the bacon & jalapeño Mac cheese, Baked Beans & oh hell yes Willy Nelson Poutine. Overall, the experience/food was mediocre at best. We shared the small natchos and had the pulled pork

These side dishes were special, out of the ordinary, and good. LOCATIONS. Five Stars for the Brussels Sprouts! But I think what took the cake was the Smokey old fashioned. Other meat choices included sausage, pork, smoked salmon. The food was totally worth the walk back..fresh product and made right in front of…""I wasn't aware of this when I visited this place, but Latino restaurants that are not Americanized are very slow with their service. Sauces yummyI'm really disappointed this go around... very limited menu. The sides were excellent too from the beans, slaw , Potato salad and French fries. I thought the restaurant had been around for years but found out after we went that it's only been in Snowmass for the last couple of years. Good, filling meal in scenic little town. There are 3 bbq sauces at the table to choose from. It tasted like it had been sitting out and thrown in the microwave.

"My boyfriend and i found this place wandering around Aspen one afternoon and the menu stuck in our heads and we wandered looking for a place to eat. Highly recommend if you're in Snowmass and want to take a break from skiing and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and good affordable BBQ.Picked this place out of convenience and because of the hours it was open.

The orientation of the restaurant is pretty much do everything yourself. This place was a great find!Great food the BBQ was good enough for this Texan to buy a drink for the pit master. This place is amazing! Looking at old photos it seemed like the sandwiches were more bang-for-the-buck compared to a platter and I was right. Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich. I had hot links,...Who knew there was bbq in Marble. I'm not from the area, but if I was near Aspen, I'd come here probably once a week.Have been to Slow Groovin BBQ multiple times and always have a good time. Come on now - people are dying, the least you can do is clean up your restaurant and follow protocols.Quite possibly one of the worst "restaurants " I've been too. Ribs were great and the highlight was the kettle roasted corn! 2020 COVID Hours Starting May 8th . Our server was swamped so we didn't get much service but everyone was nice and once again those sprouts were incredible!Horrible service made me stand for 15 minutes wearing a mask when asked to wait to be seated because of social distancing to ladies walked in after me and were helped out immediately and had there orders taken while I'm still waiting to be seated I have to say for snowmass the service is horrible I will not return in the future and you will be losing my business as a local I felt unwelcome .Glad we decided to stop by while in Snowmass.

They were a little hard to eat as they were crispy fried dry.
