With 42 climate-controlled gondolas, The Capital Wheel is open all year long. The vestibule that you travel in is a comfortable 72° all year round. I was nervous about coming here since I was not sure what to expect. Who's the genius that designed these cars? The view is absolutely spectacular, and from the top, you really can just see way into DC. Limit 1 per person.

Opps, forgot to do this review. On day three of my trip we took a ferry to Nat'l Harbor and after some touring around I expressed interest in taking a ride on the Capital Wheel. Currently, tickets must be bought online.
