Haha... Well the demands that PGs pick technique addresses are not the same as the issues my pick technique needs to address.

Check out “Technical Difficulties” by Paul Gilbert or the intro and verse riff from “Whiplash” by Metallica to get an idea of alternate picking if you are new to the subject. Not only does alternate picking enable you to really speed things up but it will also give you this mean and aggressive attack.
