The care Griffin and Penny receive here is phenomenal!Dr. We have never felt like they overcharge, if anything they work with you to make sure it is within your budget and keep the costs down where they can - this is a huge indication of the type of people they are, as it's never about the money when your pet is feeling unwell but it's incredible to see how much they care and work overtime for as low cost as possible. The vet assistants are all great, all well trained and just as helpful as the vet was. Both the Vets are so gentle with her and actually get on the floor to examine her.My dog Zara had me up all night with what appeared to be something in her eye.

We were impressed that just through this discussion they knew that the cat needed to be seen and fit her in at 3.30pm on a Friday. Apparently they will always get you in if you have an emergency and you are one of their patients. While our dog was sedated for the stitches, they even trimmed all of her nails and dew claws as a courtesy! When I'm ready for a new pet, I will be happy to make the drive to Palo Alto from San Francisco to ensure my pet is getting the BEST care available. Wonderful, compassionate, and competent!

Called the vet just before opening time and they told me to come straight in. The back office staff even entertained my 2yo while Dr. Jones performed the euthanasia.
