My plants are absolutely gorgeous and so healthy with tons of new growth coming in, I saw almost every single wishlist plant I wanted and they had a lovely collection of all of the staples as well as rare houseplants. Ordered a $120 full hoya off their site. I needed 2 bath sheets but they only had one in the color I wanted despite it being listed on their website as in-stock. To assume what someone could, or would try to, afford in a shop is incredibly condescending.
