Tropical Storm Isaias is pushing a band of heavy rain showers through Rhode Island with wind gusts from 45 to 60 miles per hour. Tropical Storm Isaias, which was downgraded from a hurricane on Saturday, is slated to bring heavy rains to at least part of Connecticut on Tuesday evening.
