Having been established for more than 20 years, The Clearance Company is a specialist, family run clearance business. We operate in the areas of London, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey, although most of our clients are located in and around Uxbridge and Harrow. Our clearance and removals services cover properties such as houses, flats, lofts, storage, containers, garages, sheds, gardens and offices, so we can meet the requirements of both commercial and residential clients alike. This also includes estate agents, solicitors, management companies and letting agents. Additionally, we offer a top quality cleaning service and inspect the job after it has been completed before handing the property back to the client to make sure the standard is what we expect it to be.

We can also provide a cleaning service whether it be residential Commercial just the one - off or on a contract basis 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

Recycling

At The Clearance Company, we believe very strongly in recycling and legal refuse of waste materials where possible. We aim to be as eco-friendly as we can be, which we understand is important for many customers when choosing a house clearance or rubbish clearance service. We also cover builders (commercial) waste clearance and fully comply with the government’s requirements of handling waste goods. Whether the waste comes from your own property or one that you are requiring to be cleared, it is your duty to see that your waste is being disposed of appropriately.
