It arrived really warped, but as I have a pretty good quality turntable it wasn't too much if a problem for me That does not appear to be the case with every pressing of the album as the copy I received played extremely well with the only "sound" other than the music being a few soft pops/clicks in between songs, which I don't consider to be a defect. The Deluxe LP will be a limited run and includes: 180 gram Translucent Royal Blue vinyl… First impression after the stellar debut was slight disappointment, but give this one more time and listening rounds and it will pay back with interest. Lorde's sound has evolved, which should happen as an artist grows and progresses, but she managed to keep that essential element that makes her music unique. As a follow up to Pure Heroine, Lorde managed to create a sonically and lyrically perfect album.

The needle gets hung throughout the record and requires that I move the needle to continue listening. My favourites are The Louvre and Writer in the dark.
